We bought a duplex in Point Breeze, a neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It was built some time between 1926 and 1930. It was built well, but has been neglected in at least some of the years since. People might say it is crazy to buy into a major renovation project, or "manditory awfulness" as Tessa refers to it, three months before your wedding. They would be correct. :)
